Border control equipment allows:

  • capturing images in visible, ultraviolet, infrared and coaxial lights;
  • reading information from machine readable zone (MRZ) and check control digits;
  • capturing holder’s photo;
  • reading information from data page (Visual OCR);
  • reading information from RFID chips;
  • decoding 1D and 2D barcodes;
  • verifying document authenticity by UV dull paper control, IR900 ink, UV image pattern, UV fibers, IR image pattern, etc.

  • no movable parts;

Finger / Palm Print Scanner

The Regula Model 7102 finger / palm print scannerdevice allows capturing of digital finger (flat and nail-to-nail) and palm prints. It comes with a software development kit (SDK) to support international standards ANSI/NIST-ITL 1-2000 in accordance with FBI CJIS-RS-0010 (v.7) and INTERPOL (INT-1) (v.4.2b), RUS-I V2.00.

Passport Document Database

Electronic Databases of Documents “Passport”

Database includes general description of passports, identity cards, special permits, driver’s licenses, vehicle registration certificates with visible, ultraviolet and infrared images and detailed explanations of security features.

The database contains information about more than 1800 documents from 166 countries.
