ProxTech is specialised in development and marketing of RFID solutions such as card readers and access control systems for all kind of technologies. This includes Mifare, Legic, Hitag and EM readers and reader/writers.
Our product range goes from small RFID modules for integration into existing terminals over remote readers or read/write devices and stand-alone access control systems to a wide series of transponders.
We supply units with either standard data interfaces as well as fully customer-specified products.
Development, production and quality control to the highest levels is done by our qualified engineers.
Our products can be used in a broad spectrum of applications : access control, time & attendance, point-of-sales, vending machines, automation and many more.
Proximity RFID card readers
ProxLine MINI, MINI/K, MCR and MCR/K are proximity RFID card readers, available for a variety of transponder technologies.
These readers can be supplied both for 125 kHz ( EM or Hitag ) as well as for 13,56 MHz ( Mifare / Legic ) technologies.
Thanks to the completely potted housing ( IP66 ), these readers can easily be installed both indoors as outdoors.
The readers come complete with integrated antenna, LEDs and buzzer and are all available in a wide variety of data interfaces.
RFID modules
ProxTech also offers a full range of OEM modules for integration into existing terminals.
The ProxLine OEM modules, available again for EM, Hitag, Mifare or Legic are fully potted in their housing. This makes them ideally suited for applications in a humid environment.
The COMPACT modules, once again available in all technologies, come as PCB-only solution, offering the smallest dimensions possible without any loss in read range and/or flexibility, and still offering outputs to drive LEDs and buzzers. These modules are therefore the best solution around for easy integration into existing or new terminals or into a simple housing to create your own reader in a very simple way.
Stand-alone access control systems
Another part of our product range are the stand-alone access control systems.
ProxLock PL1000 is a very easy-to-use system with a card memory of up to 500 users. It uses either EM or Mifare cards and is an all-in-one system, containing proximity card reader, antenna, memory and door relais all in the same housing.
ProxLock PL3000 is an extension to the PL1000. This PL3000 offers a master/slave functionality, where only a reader is placed in the unsecure (outside) area and all the intelligence and door controls are located in the master unit, mounted in the safe (inside) area.
Both the PL1000 and PL3000 are fully potted making installation outdoors very easy.
The µ500 system is a flush mount system, designed to be mounted in a standard 55mm electric gang box. This system has also a card memory of 500 users and allows for adjusting relais time and connection of an exit pushbutton.
µ500 also comes with fully potted electronics, including the antenna and functions with standard EM cards.
RFID tags, cards and transponders
ProxTech also offers a complete series of tags, inlays, ISO cards, key fobs and transponders for all different RFID technologies.
