DIEHL BGT Defence GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of DIEHL VA Systeme, the Defence Group of the Diehl Foundation. Diehl BGT Defence has been founded in 2004 through the merger of:
Bodenseewerk Gerätetechnik GmbH, Ueberlingen (BGT) and Diehl Munitionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG, Roethenbach (DMS).
The business activities of these two companies had already been closely interlinked in the past. The concentration of resources and technological capabilities secures the company’s competitive position as system provider in the traditional business fields of missiles and intelligent ammunition.
