Life Support System (LSS) is typically an integrated system providing some or all of the following functions: Climate Control (Air-Conditioning, Heating and Dehumidification), Individual Cooling, NBC Protection and Ventilation, and Auxiliary Power. These can be also combined with Chemical and Radioactive Detection.
Kinetics' Auxiliary Power Units (APU) are designed for under-armor or external installation on MBT and wide range of AFV, providing high & accurate power with low noise and thermal signature. The APUs can be operated individually or as a co-generator with the main engine alternator.
The Individual Cooling is unique technology providing optimal crew cooling by special Air-Cooled Vests or Overalls, while using minimum power. This is the most effective cooling system for MBT and SPH.
Kinetics’ Climate Control Systems include special Self-Cleaning Heat-Exchangers allowing operation in harsh dusty environment without any need to clean the heat exchangers or replace dust filters.
