Automatic Systems is a major actor in the area of access control for pedestrians and vehicles.
Automatic Systems designs, manufactures, distributes, installs and maintains equipment allowing and denying access to controlled areas.
Automatic Systems offer a range of pedestrian access control equipment including tripod turnstiles, high security gates (PNG), speed gates, flap gates, bidirectional and swinging gates for people with reduced mobility, high security portals, interlock doors and full-height turnstiles: they control visitors and guests, detect intruders and ensure fast access to authorised people.
Automatic Systems brand-new range of products : SmartLane® automatic gates
Rising and swinging barriers, road blockers and rising bollards limit access to sensitive areas, stop intrusions in high security perimeters and divert unwanted traffic.
New range of high-security rising barriers for perimeter fencing, traffic management and parking areas under the product code BL 40 / 41 / 43 / 44 & 46.
The new BL 4x rising security barriers, which feature an exceptionally reinforced arm, are built to withstand vandalism and resist extreme weather. Not only are the BL 4x extremely robust but they can also close off large entrances on exposed sites with arms ranging from 2 to 12 metres.
BL 4xs are very fast. They can open or close in as little as 2 sec. This is why they perfectly resolve the often competing issues faced by all high-security car parks, either in airports or any other sensitive areas: high flow rates and high security access control

In order to reinforce security standards, a new feature has been especially designed and added to the BL 4x barrier to increase its robutsness. The new mechanical locking device for the arm is integrated inside the housing of the rising barrier, making it impossible to force open the barrier.
In order to increase safety, the rising barrier has its own intrinsic automatic opening mode. In case of power supply failure, it will automatically open. Once the problem is solved, the system will automatically reset.
New full-height turnstile product line for pedestrian access control : TRS 37x
Guaranteeing smooth access to buildings (industrial or commercial sites, company headquarters, airports, stadiums, leisure parks, and governmental buildings) while efficiently streamlining flows of pedestrians is TRS 370 mission. This new line of obstacles features a unique modular concept designed to address the most demanding needs in terms of site security.
The TRS 370 full-height turnstile ensures access control, visitors throughput or ticketing. A robust and efficient mechanism locks the equipment in its rest position. The full-height turnstiles are available in a 3-rotor (120°) version and a 4-rotor (90°) version. They are available in a single or double walkway. They can be installed alone or in-line. This equipment can operate stand-alone or with an integrated software solution. It is compatible with all sorts of environments.
Compatible with all sorts of systems of recognition, the full-height access control turnstiles allow one-person-only passage. It is therefore an efficient ally against fraud. It guarantees easy and secured access to persons who are duly authorized to enter high-security sites.

Both uni- and bi-directional turnstiles are offered in a wide array of functionalities, notably: free or always locked, electrically controlled, access locked or unlocked for emergency evacuation in case of power failure, for example.
The ergonomics of the TRS has been studied in depth. Arms movements are smooth and progressive thanks to a hydraulic damping device. Pedestrians cannot be hurt by the arms. The large dimensions of the supporting columns allow easy integration of any type of access control system (card readers, proxi or swipe, voice transmission, biometric devices, etc.). Orientation pictograms and lighting of passage way can be added to the equipment to help pedestrians while progressing inside the equipment and therefore make TRS turnstiles more user-friendly.
