Controlware’s VIP-X1 is the latest product out of the VIP family. Ultracompact housing, best videoquality on the lowest bandwidth requirements makesthis product again to a world-class networked videoproduct. The VIP X1 features DVD like quality MPEG-4 video, at up to 30 images per second, over IP networks.
This unit supports PAL/NTSC (CCIR/EIA) sources. The video signal can be received and displayed with a standard web browser, a VIP compliant Video Management Software like VIDOS or DiViCro, or on any Monitor by using Controlware's VIP-XD, a hardware decoder. Using the VIP XD or any other MPEG-4 decoder, you can also integrate point-to-point connections into your system, to display video from any VIP or VideoJet encoder on analog monitors.
The VIP-X1 provides dual streaming. This means, that it will generate two independet MPEG-4 video streams. The VIP-X1 is ultra-compact, so it is perfect for any application that depends on space-saving solutions.
