With the peace process galloping forward and people returning to their villages and opting for simple but sustainable rural life, this has meant that the endless supply of desperate workers seeking overseas employment has decreased substantially.
We at Achieve International recognized this fact and started moving towards providing semi skilled and skilled workforce by providing trainings for workers and then sourcing out overseas jobs for them. By joining hands with a security training institute and using a training syllabus designed by an ex British Army Major, we also ensure that the entire fortnight course is conducted in English, thereby making the guards knowledgeable in "work-man" English.
The success rate of this venture has encouraged us to start similar practice with other categories of workers - carpenters, masons, electricians, cleaners, laundrymen, gardeners, etc. This being mainly geared towards supplying workers for the camp services market.
Besides this, we are also now changing gears towards readying potential employees from the largely untapped reserves of engineers, doctors, teachers, sales staff, nurses, IT professionals, hospitality employees, etc. from the Nepal Diaspora.
Amongst these higher levels of potential staff, written and spoken English language skills is proficient as English is the second language for many with it being the prominent one being used at educational institutions.
