LEGIC Transponder System

All these locking and access authorisations are operated by the LEGIC transponder system which functions as a key in this case. In addition, other services such as the thermal baths, ski lift and indoor car park, cafeteria, chargeable services such as solariums and in-house shops such as the hairdresser or boutique can be used and paid for electronically by using the LEGIC card. The card can also be used for the time & attendance recording system.

Contactless Data Transfer

This system which is used at the Schlosshotel in Kitzbuhel for scheduling, was developed by Dialock in concert with software firms. The hotel's own computer system, for instance the PC at reception, can be used to transfer access authorisations as well as credits to cards. The fact that access authorisations can be deleted immediately from a PC if necessary, for example in case of loss or theft, provides additional security.
Staff can also be provided with appropriate cards that perform precisely defined functions. The Dialock system uses contactless data transfer, thereby ensuring less wear and longer service life of key media.
