STI’s Exit Stopper® (available in red or green as shown) is far less expensive than horizontal bar type alarms and much easier to install
Are your hard earned profits at risk going out those fire/emergency doors the laws say you have to keep open during business hours? Or are you just tired of people slipping in and out of your back or side doors? Now there is an inexpensive and highly effective answer to the problem that you can install yourself or have done for you at low cost.
Highly effective and very versatile, the STI Exit Stopper may be mounted on top, right, left or next to almost any door. Upon installation, the user can elect on site whether to use it as an alarm or as an annuciator to let you know if someone has entered or left the building. It may be set for a piercing 105 dB warning horn or a softer 95 dB. Also, the alarm can be set to sound for 30 seconds, 3 minutes or indefinitely (unless disarmed with a key supplied or until the battery is drained). In the annunicator mode, it announces a door entry with a set of 10 beeps.
A completely self-contained unit, Exit Stopper may also be programmed for a 15-second entry delay or for immediate sounding of the alarm. The highly visible "stop sign" design acts as a deterrent in itself. Lastly, there is a lifetime guarantee against breakage of the polycarbonate housing in normal use (one year on electronics).
