SubscribeThe yearly exhibition SAIE-DUE, International Exhibition of Architecture, Interior fitting, Reclaiming and Building Technologies, took place from 13 to 17 March in the fair ground of Bologna.
On that occasion, many companies of different sectors took part in, and Saima Sicurezza (Global Access Control) presented its leading products for banks, the anti-robbery booths, and for the access control, with tripod turnstiles, motorized doors and passages.
Among them, the booth model ELE-2000 is equipped with a metal detector and bullet-proof glasses and it is used in banks as well as in risk places, such as courts of justice, computer centres and the booth model PRESTIGE LIGHT with a cylindrical shape used, for its technical features, together with magnetic card readers for the entrances in reserved areas.
In addition to anti-robbery doors, we can mention the model PASS-107, a motorized passage made of stainless steel with sliding glasses characterized by its finishing and the excellent design. This model, or its different versions, is used for prestigious entries in the underground lines and public transport. One of the most important works realized by Saima recently is the new Wembley Stadium in London, where our installations have been placed in 35 passages.
Another motorized passage with a glass door and stainless steel finishing is the model PR-1000 suitable for the entry of handicapped people, too.
An interesting fair with a lot of visitors! We have received many visits from Italy and from different European countries (Germany, Finland, Greece, Eastern countries etc.) as well as from Arabian countries, Morocco, Libya, U.S., Far East. We have to satisfy a lot of different requests, and they vary according to the place of origin of visitors. Saima has presented a wide range of products proposing for each request the best solution.
The most sold out products are:
- the anti-robbery booths for applications of high security;
- full height turnstiles made of stainless steel for access control in reserved areas, sports grounds and stadia;
- motorized passages for the entry in offices, public buildings and industries.
Further engagements are in Birmingham (England) on the occasion of IFSEC 2007 (21-24 May) and in London for Stadia & Arena (5-6 June) inside the new structures of Wembley Stadium.
As Saima Sicurezza Export Manager, I can finally say that 2007 has opened with excellent development perspectives for our company which, since always, consider the problems of our customers as the real goal of improvement.
